El autobús turístico no estaba disponible en la fecha de mi viaje (a pesar de que me fue cobrado) y la aplicación correspondiente no daba ninguna información al respecto. Solo pudimos faxee una parte del recorrido caminando ya que las condiciones climáticas no nos permitieron conocer mucho. He solicitado el reembolso de esta parte del tour pero aún no he recibido respuesta,

The tourist bus was not available on the date of my trip (even though it was charged for) and the corresponding application did not give any information about it. We were only able to fax part of the tour on foot since the weather conditions did not allow us to see much. I have requested a refund for this part of the tour but I have not received a response yet,

La experiencia en Cardiff fue estupenda, recomiendo visitar la ciudad totalmente. El problema fue con el servicio que ofrece Civitatis: para empezar, el punto de encuentro de la app no corresponde al punto de encuentro oficial, así que si solo te guías por la app ya vas mal. Seguidamente, el "guía" se presentó 45 minutos más tarde. Se limitó a darme los papeles y ya. En conclusion, la experiencia en Cardiff maravillosa, así que recomendaría que vayáis por vuestra cuenta o con otra empresa.

El punto de encuentro es el adecuado, sin embargo, debido a un imprevisto, la persona encargada de entregar los tickets sufrió un ligero retraso. Por otro lado, en la descripción de la página web se especifica que se trata de una excursión a realizar por cuenta propia.
