Information on the pick-up hour
Due to London’s size and traffic, especially during rush hour, we recommend booking the pick-up at the hotel minimum 3 hours before the flight departure time (3,5 hours for Gatwick and Stansted). If you have to check in your luggage, are travelling during rush hour or are staying far away from the airport, we recommend booking the transfer 4 hours before your flight.

The car service provider will not accept responsibility for the cost incurred for loss of a flight. The customer is the sole responsible for knowing his or her flight departure time and booking the pick-up at an appropriate hour to get to the airport in time.

Kind and ontime
I am very satisfied by the professionalism of the company and mostly of the driver. Although we had a problem with the flight and we had a delay in arriving at the prefix time to the airport ( about 3 hours), the driver was there, waiting for us. More of that, he managed to get where we wanted at time . Thank you for your service. I highly recommend it to anyone.
