There is so much traffic in London that the bus can take longer between stops than it says. We did not like the audios as they were more meant for kids or families with children. I was expecting more historical/architectural information but the info was scarce and a bit irrelevant. Since a tourist bus is the best way to see a city, I would recommend a different company.

In the description of our page there is an attached file in which we indicate the stops and schedules of the different bus routes. We are sorry if this was not helpful. We always strive to provide the best service possible.

The Hop On Hop Off Bus tour and guides were all wonderful. The problem was with Civitatis, the company i purchased the tickets ftom. Their email directed me to an office that no longer exists to pick up the ticket voucher. This was a waste of time and money and was frustrating, and the Civitatis phone is not staffed. Civitatis should have verified that the office they are sending customers to still exists; it does not. Again, the actual Hop On Hop Off tours abd guides were excellent!

We have checked that the meeting point we indicated is correct. However, the local provider has added new signage to make it easier to find. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not 100% satisfactory.
