El autobus turistico de civitatis esta muy bien, los recorridos son bastante utiles para visitar la ciudad y la guia que te ponen es super entretenida. le due linee sono strutturate per riuscire a visitare un pò tutta la città, migliorerei il servizio audio perché spesso è ripetitivo. Il tour serale ripropone un mix delle zone di londra già viste con le 2 linee e l'audio sulle spiegazioni e la storia è lo stesso. El personal muy atento, audio en español escaso. Excursión en barco chula, pero al ser todo en inglés no nos enteramos de nada y el tour a pie tampoco lo pudimos hacer porque no había intérprete en español. Así que sólo lo utilizamos para movernos por Londres, pero el transporte más caro del mundo ya que pagamos 108€ y para usarlo de trasporte público. Mejor coger un hotel más céntrico y ahorrarse ese dinero para disfrutar de la ciudad

The staff was very attentive, but there was little audio in Spanish. The boat trip was cool, but since everything was in English we didn't understand anything and we couldn't do the walking tour either because there was no Spanish interpreter. So we only used it to get around London, but it was the most expensive transport in the world since we paid €108 to use it as public transport. It's better to get a more central hotel and save that money to enjoy the city.

Un calor horroroso y en la parte de abajo no tiene aire, para evitar el sol. Y un tráfico espantoso que te hace perder la mañana para medio trayecto. Y una rama de árbol golpeó a mi hija de forma muy brusca que le hizo marearse durante unos minutos.

Nous avons dû attendre le 3eme bus car ils étaient tous pleins, du coup nous n'avons fait que la moitié de la boucle, il était trop tard. Nous avons passé plus de temps dans les bouchons en 2h que de temps à découvrir Londres. Et le bateau sur la Tamise... tout vitré avec des vitres sales et tous les commentaires en anglais. Le Mr parlait tellement vite que nous n'avons pas compris un mot... dommage!

Mes enfants, mon mari et moi avons adoré. Le bus était facile d'accès, en ce qui nous concerne, nous pouvions le prendre à 5 minutes à pied de notre hôtel. Et bien sûr dans toute la ville. El paseo es muy orientativo, pero los conductores de los buses no son amables. El día que debíamos hacer el paseo se corría una maratón en la ciudad y varias calles estaban inaccesibles. Buon servizio. Peccato che nelle grandi città come Londra in 48h di utilizzo abbiamo effettuato percorsi deviati causa chiusura delle strade da parte della polizia locale. el inconveniente que presente fue que los camiones no transitaban seguido en las paradas, luego al subirnos a uno de ellos notamos que varios camiones de esta empresa estaban sin funcionamiento y parados. Una de las ocasiones que nos subimos a una ruta, el camion se paro y nos hicieron que nos movieramos a otra autobus y nos quedamos parados al menos 15 minutos en el proceso.

Tome la línea azul que es la más completa. Me gustó el paseo. Lo bueno es que te puedes bajar en el lugar que más te guste y después puedes volver a subir a otro bus para completar el recorrido durante ese día si tu pase es de 24 hrs. No me gustó mucho la experiencia del Big Bus. Son tres rutas circulares, muy poco intuitivas. Los buses tardan mucho en llegar. Nunca esperamos menos de 20 mins. Todo el mundo se quejaba. Un día hubo una incidencia en el tráfico y nos enteramos por un quiosquero, ya que en la app no decían nada y llevábamos más de media hora esperando. Si vas con niños puede ser interesante coger el bus turístico. Si no, es mucho más económico y rápido coger buses públicos que funcionan fenomenal.

I didn't really like the Big Bus experience. There are three circular routes, very unintuitive. The buses take a long time to arrive. We never wait less than 20 mins. Everyone was complaining. One day there was an incident in traffic and we found out from a newsstand, since the app didn't say anything and we had been waiting for more than half an hour. If you go with children it may be interesting to take the tourist bus. If not, it is much cheaper and faster to take public buses that work great.
