Lack of care toward customer. River cruise taped lecture did not work, technical issues. No guidance about good places to eat.

To improve: - Stuff arrived late at the meeting point and landline provided wasn’t working - meeting time too in advance, we had to wait in the station for 1:30 hours before departure - stuff said the underground tickets were valid for the whole day,but they weren’t - hop on hop off map and leaflet describing the first bus stop provided were wrong/not up-to-date - train seats were not next to each other - it should have been more clearly represented that the bus wes going to be open

In hop-on hop-off modality, buses are always open to be able to see the most of the cities on your trip. Nowhere is indicated train tickets will be next to each other, though we try our best if its possible to provide. We are very sorry this activity didn't fulfill your expectations. We take note of your commentaries to keep improving our services.

El día de ayer tuve una muy mala experiencia con ustedes, me preocupa porque mañana tengo otra en Amsterdam no respetaron el tour que contraté( ojalá lo aclararen) la guía me bajo del autobús diciendo que no podía hacer nada, que tenía que buscar mi autobús, el cual nunca encontré, ni aún con apoyo de otros guías, cómo van a devolverme la parte del servicio que no me dieron? No fue nada barato, tuve que volver a contratar algunos servicios, porque ustedes fallaron.

Comprobamos que la actividad contratada incluía bus turístico, no visita guiada en él. Vemos que Atención al Cliente ha gestionado tu caso.

Todo ha salido perfecto. Lo único que no salió bien es que nos dieron un mapa del bus turístico anticuado y no pudimos hacer las visitas completas que planeabamos. Pero vimos otras. Así un 10
