El Sr. Manuel es muy competente y conoce muy bien el tema del tour. El chofer bastante bien. Hay dos situaciones que hubieran mejorado mucho nuestro tour. 1- El guía debería de usar un micrófono para escucharlo mejor porque el ruido del vehículo y el ruido de la carretera y los carros no dejan escuchar bien. 2- Si Ustedes me cancelaron el tour contratado a Windsor y Bath es más largo el trayecto , debieron de iniciar más temprano este para no andar corriendo. Saludos y gracias

Nos hemos tomado un tiempo para no escribir estareseña en caliente, a pesar de todo la valoración es absolutmnt negativa. No era un guía, era un acompañante. Ni nos ha explicado lo k pone la wiki. El paseo en Stonehenge ha sido tranquilo. El guía/acompañante no nos ha apremiado a acelerar. Hemos llegado a Bath 14.10 sin casi posibilidad d ver termas y menos dar un paseo. Nos dicen que necesitan 3 horas para volver.Tiempo xtra=60 libras+ Huele a estafa.Civitatis dbe kitar del catálogo esta excurs

ATENCIÓN ABSOLUTAMENTE NO RECOMENDABLE. Nos han ofrecido las entradas a los monumentos por más del doble de su precio oficial. Además nos han intentado cobrar una extensión ya que debido al tráfico iban a tardar más de lo acordado. Resultado, ver los monumentos corriendo ya que a partir de las 19:00 se nos cobraría un sobrecoste (salvo propina aparte al chofer) Una empresa como Civitatis no debería tolerar estos comportamientos y más con menores en la excursión. Presentada reclamación aparte

Pagamos un servicio que nos dejó insatisfechos. Eramos 4 personas y el vehiculo destinado a esta excursion PRIVADA era demasiado incómodo, el chofer fue una persona poco servicial y la guia MARTHA olvidó su pasaporte y tuvimos que esperar en la taquilla del castillo de winsor, eso nos quitó tiempo. CABE MENCIONAR QUE NOS COBRARON EXTRA LAS ENTRADAS AL CASTILLO Y A STON, basicamente ESTE TOUR PRIVADO QUE OFRECEN SOLO ES EL TRASLADO CON CHOFER GUIA. PESIMO no lo recomendamos.

We paid for a service that left us dissatisfied. We were 4 people and the vehicle destined for this PRIVATE excursion was too uncomfortable, the driver was a very unhelpful person and the guide MARTHA forgot her passport and we had to wait at the Winsor Castle ticket office, that took up our time. IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED THAT THEY CHARGED US EXTRA FOR ENTRANCE TO THE CASTLE AND STON, basically THIS PRIVATE TOUR THEY OFFER IS ONLY THE TRANSFER WITH A DRIVER GUIDE. BADLY we don't recommend it.

No gaste su tiempo y dinero en esta excursión privada. Lo más importante es que es una excursión de 9 horas y 7 son en el auto. No hay tiempo para disfrutar ninguno de los dos sitios. En Bath nos dieron sólo media hora para el museo. Éramos 4 adultos más el guía y el conductor y nos mandaron en un automóvil pequeño. Muy incómodo para tanto rato en auto un adulto en la tercera fila. El guía muy deficiente, no dio información de los dos sitios visitados. Muy mala excursión, no la recomiendo.
