Pickup location should be changed .. if o ckup is made at 8 a.m . I went to Victoria station tube line exit , then took my small breakfast with tea no go , the lost in Victoria station complex , nobody knows that place , finally went there by Google map and saw other buses , a lady guide told me it is in the garage , again run at last minute and came near the bus , but nobody in front of bus , door locked , right side toilet side door was open , no signboard of destionation shown , beg to ask

Nos ha gustado a toda la familia. Primero hemos estado en Cambridge poco rato y luego otras dos horas hasta Oxford. Creo que está bien hacer el trayecto así porque Oxford es más interesante y te quedas con mejor recuerdo del viaje. Es un viaje que cansa por estar tanto rato en autobús pero vale la pena. El guía Pablo muy simpático y atento.

El tour sale a las 8,30 y no a las 8,00 como pone la reserva. Muchos km y poco tiempo para lo que hay que ver, especialmente en Oxford. A última hora, no avisando desde el principio, el tour acabó en lugar distinto de la salida.

El guía Jaime muy soberbio y antipático. Cuando le volvimos a preguntar algo porque no se entendió, nos dijo esto " Lo que pasa que hay que escuchar con los oídos". Muy desagradable. Ambas ciudades son hermosas pero no lo recomiendo hacerlo con él.

No me gustó que el fuia hablara en 2 idiomas. No se le entendia bien. Era mal humorado se llamaba jaime de nacionalidad española3.

Pedro, Peter, el guía, muy maltratador, violento. Me perdí, llegué 10 minutos tarde al bus y me dijo que la proxima vez que llegara tarde me dejaba sola y se iba sin mí. Le volví a decir que me perdí, hago un tour porque no suelo orientarme sola, no me creyó, y, luego, al entregarme mi almuerzo, me dijo: "toma, para que te atragantes". El guia ingles explicaba poco y mal en español. No había tiempo suficiente para ver las cosas. El picnic muy malo.

La Guía turística. Estas todo el día viajando en el colectivo, y muy poco tiempo en cada ciudad. Decía que el tour era en español y de ser necesario alguna parte en ingles. Y por el contrario, el tour fue todo el tiempo en ingles y la guía, muy pobremente, traducía algunas cosas al español.

No lo recomiendo, estás mucho tiempo en el autobús y luego te toca correr para ver . Mejor ir en tren a Oxford y disfrutar el tiempo que quieras.

Los guías son muy groseros, les gritan a los turistas, solo te llevan a la ciudad o lugar a visitar y te dan una explicación de muy pocos minutos y por tu cuenta tienes que hacer el tour, el mismo guía te da tour en español e inglés lo que hace que tengan el tiempo más reducido, no recomiendo estos tours

Nuestro proveedor cuenta con un equipo de profesionales con la preparación adecuada. Sentimos mucho que en este caso, la actitud de los guías no haya sido de tu agrado. Hemos trasladado esta información al equipo local para que tome nota y situaciones así no vuelvan a repetirse. Gracias por tu comentario.
