No recominedo realizar la reservar a Emirates Stadium a traves de Civitates sino directamente con el estadio. El día que nosotros teníamos reservado había partido contra el Vilareal y por ese motivo había que pagar 10 libras más por persona y sin poder entrar a los vesturarios. Tampoco había audioguia en español por ser día de partido. Si lo reservas con ellos te infomran de todo esto y te dejan realizar cambios. Civitates no permite ni cambios ni rembolsos. La visita en si, muy bien.

I don't recommend booking Emirates Stadium through Civitates, but rather directly with the stadium. The day we had our reservation was a match against Villarreal, so we had to pay an extra 10 pounds per person and weren't allowed in the locker room. There was also no audio guide in Spanish because it was a match day. If you book with them, they'll inform you of all this and let you make changes. Civitates doesn't allow changes or refunds. The visit itself was very good.

Llegamos y no había tour de las 10, tuve que pagar un extra para que me hicieran válido el de Civitatis y me hicieron esperar hasta las 11:40 que empezaba el tour que era en inglés y yo tenía reservado en español, pero era eso o esperar otro día y yo viajo mañana, tenía que ser hoy. Fue muy rápido y realmente siento no vale la pena.

We arrived and there wasn't a 10:00 tour. I had to pay extra to get the Civitatis tour valid, and they made me wait until 11:40, when the tour started. It was in English, and I had booked it in Spanish. But it was either that or wait another day. I'm traveling tomorrow, so it was supposed to be today. It was very fast, and I really don't feel it was worth it.

Tour pelo estádio e museu foi sensacional. Na entrada nos deram um áudio guia com um fone q pudemos levar pra casa. Conhecemos a maioria das dependências, só não as mais privativas, claro. Un tour bonito en general pero tiene algunas apreciaciones. La guía no está actualizada y el personal no aporta nada. Para las fotos no puedes ni tocar las réplicas. Creo que deben aprender de otros Tour europeos. Caro. En la audioguia dice que puedes sentarte en asientos del palco y luego el personal no ha dejado.

Un tour estupendo, puedes ver todas las partes del campo, incluso el vestuario local que no suele ser habitual... con audioguía en castellano y sin límite de tiempo para hacerte las fotos que quieras.
