Non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei biglietti acquistati, in quando siamo arrivati sul luogo di incontro ma non abbiamo trovato la guida. Anziché andarsene via, se la guida avesse provato anche solo a contattarci per cercare di venirci incontro a vicenda visto che abbiamo pure pagato. Servirebbe un po' più di correttezza.

Abbiamo confermato che la visita si è svolta come di consueto. Ci dispiace che non siate riusciti ad arrivare in tempo al punto d'incontro. La guida, tuttavia, dovrebbe preoccuparsi del gruppo nel suo complesso. Per questo tipo di circostanze, chiediamo gentilmente ai clienti di chiamare il telefono di emergenza prima dell'inizio del tour.

We didn't see the change of guard The only thing we see is the bang marching to the place where they sleep I very disappointed because I lose the money and time I saw a lot people watching the change close to the door and we were to far away People told me the didn't pay and whach the ceremony in the doors I don't going to use you service anymore and not going to recommend you company

Our local provider tries to find the best places to watch the guard change. Previously we enjoy an explanation about the history and curiosities about this tradition. We are sorry that the activity did not live up to your expectations.

A agência não estaca espera do no local indicado no horário agendado. Tive que ligar na empresa atras do guia. Pessimo isso. Eu paguei pelo visita ao Palácio e troca de guarda e não teve nenhuma troca de guarda. Paguei caro e o serviço não foi oferecido.

A troca da guarda ocorre somente pela manhã, portanto, ao fazer a reserva para as 13h30, o preço não incluía a cerimônia de troca da guarda.

Não houve a troca de guarda no horário do voucher. Foi solicitado as 1330h e a troca aconteceu as 1100h. O programa devia ser vendido no horário real e não aconteceu. Me senti lesado.
