Ana nuestra guía nos dejó sin ir a Bath. El tour lo tomamos por conocer Bath y gracias a su poca paciencia con los niños quedamos abandonados en la ruta bajo la lluvia con mi pequeña hija en medio de la nada, sus otros compañeros guías nos ayudaron y apoyaron. La peor experiencia. No la recomiendo. Arruinó nuestras vacaciones en Londres.

El paseo vale la pena pero en el tour el guía habla muy poco en español. Casi todas las historias las cuenta en inglés. Es una verdadera pena porque si no hablas inglés te enteras de muy poco. El operador debería insistir a los guías que deben decir lo mismo tanto en inglés como en español. En muchos otros destinos lo hacen así entonces es extraño que aquí en este tour no se pueda. Mucha gente se ha quejado de lo mismo pero al parecer nada ha cambiado, no me parece bien.

The walk is worth it but on the tour the guide speaks very little Spanish. Almost all the stories are told in English. It's a real shame because if you don't speak English you learn very little. The operator should insist that the guides say the same thing in both English and Spanish. In many other destinations they do it like this so it is strange that here on this tour it is not possible. Many people have complained about the same thing but apparently nothing has changed, it doesn't seem right to me.

Compramos el tour con todas las entradas incluidas, y luego nos dijeron que el castillo de windsor estaba cerrado. Cuando hicimos la excursión, el castillo estaba abierto y fuimos los únicos del tour que no pudimos ingresar al castillo por qué Civitatis había cancelado nuestras entradas.
