Chegamos no horário combinado e não havia ninguém na Abbey Shop. Esperamos até 10hs e fomos para a fila, onde o nosso ingresso não era válido. Tivemos que comprar mais tickets para não frustrar minha esposa e filha. Ou seja, péssimo e o pior, não recebemos uma ligação, um e-mail, nada. Estamos profundamente desapontados e espero ser reembolsado. Marcelo

We arrived at the agreed time and there was no one at the Abbey Shop. We waited until 10am and went to the queue, where our ticket was not valid. We had to buy more tickets so as not to frustrate my wife and daughter. In other words, terrible and the worst, we didn't receive a call, an email, nothing. L'activité n'a pas eu lieu car le prestataire s'y est pris trop tard pour prendre les tickets de la visite du Parlement! Inadmissible pour une réservation faite le 17 février pour une visite prévue le 9 avril 2022! Cette visite devait être le point culminant de notre week-end à Londres : C'est raté Compte tenu du montant demandé pour cette prestation, c'est INADMISSIBLE!

The activity did not take place because the service provider did it too late to take the tickets for the visit of the Parliament! Not eligible for a reservation made on February 17 for a visit scheduled for April 9, 2022! This visit was to be the highlight of our weekend in London: It's missed Given the amount requested for this service, it's INADMISSIBLE!
