I was in a place where I did not have access to the machine, and this is a negative point. Without a copy, I can not visit the museum.

In the voucher that we send before the activity we specify that tickets must be printed and shown on the day of the activity.

Let me start with the plus points, the tickets were cheap. booked easily. Had a wonderful time with the family. Downsides during booking the reference number provided by your side is not supported by Madam tussads, we need to collect an invoice from your office as this is not provided digitally. We need to stand in another queue for hours before we get the tickets. Would seriously recommend having a sit with these organization to harmonise the reference number enabling us to collect it easily.
