Aún el recorrido de las casas del parlamento es un recorrido increíble. La experiencia con la compañía AMIGOS deja muchísimo que desear, la guía llegó tarde, nos entregó los boletos con un horario equivocado (estaba reservado a las 11:30 y los boletos q nos dio era para las 12:45) y nos abandonó antes de iniciar el tour (así que nadie nos resolvió el problema) y nadie nos contestó JAMÁS en el número de contacto

la date de mon billet a été modifiée à mon insu . J'ai reçu un message sur WhatsApp en me proposant une autre date . J'ai cru que c'était une arnaque. J'ai répondu qu'à la nouvelle date qu'il me proposait, je ne serais plus à Londres. Et là motus , personne ne me répond . J'ai quand même été me présenter au palais à la date que j'avais choisie mais je n'ai pas pu y rentrer. Je demande un recours gracieux pour que je sois remboursée. Merci

Tenía reservada, se supone, entradas para las once y media con audoguia en español. Llega un guiai impuntual y nos da unas entradas para las doce y cuarto. Ello ya trastocaba nuestros planes. Pero es que ademas se dedicó durante cuarenta y cinco minutos a hablas, en ingles, de la Abadia, que acababamos de ver. Rogaría un poco mas de formalidad y de respeto para el turista que os contrata y del que veo que os importa poco. Delusión.

La actividad la habíamos contratado en español y la primera parte con el guía no fue en español. La organización del punto de encuentro no fue la mejor y hubo algo de caos al principio.

El guía (llegó tarde) que nos acompañó hasta la entrada sólo hablaba en inglés y en el grupo muchos solo hablábamos español. Estuvo 45' minutos explicando las condiciones del tour y algunas otras cosas que nunca supimos de que se trataba.

Contratamos un tour en español y el guía no sabia hablar el idioma, toda la explicación la hizo en inglés, además en la descripción del tour dice que se ve el Big Ben y no lo vimos, solo por fuera y desde lejos
