We paid for a guided tour with tickets to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. We were told that someone will meet us on the platform but no one was there. We were mislead by this company and were left to find our own way on the hop on hop off bus tour. We were not able to enter the Louvre nor the Eiffel Tower due to long lines. I will not recommend this company for false advertising.

You booked a self guided tour, since you selected the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus option. We are sorry that you did not enjoy the experience.

The bus only had an audio recording for tour info, and it didn't seem to be in sync with the sights we were seeing. Another bus tour I did with a different company had the tour guide on the bus with a microphone, and it was a much better experience. Everything else was fine though.

Overall a great way to see Paris from London in one day. Only complaints were that the trip was supposed to have fast pass entry into the Eiffel Tower and the Luvre but we were placed in the standard queues so we had to wait quite long to get into both. This reduced the number of things that we could do at each attraction.

The representative had us show up at 530, and he showed up an hour later leaving us without enough time to board. The majority of the people going were still in line when it was time for the train to depart. Complete disaster! They had to delay the train because of him, and Im not sure everyone was able to board.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. We've contacted our local partner to make sure this doesn't happen again.

The first rep who met us at st pancras station had a terrible attitude to people who had a query or question..verybad publicity for your company..change him get someone who can speak politely and courteous...

Everything were terribly bad. My experience was nothing like described on the website. Civitatis booking stated that I would be met by the Rep in JACKET at 5.30am. The Rep turned up at 6.08am jacketless! This Rep was a nightmare, he did not response to my query about wheelchair using prior to the trip, resulting in my elderly mother walking 10km through the day. She is in bloody pain now! He rush through the explanation ended up me spending extra €157 on transport and entrance!

We are so sorry for what happened with this guide. We have sent this message to our partner to speak with the relevant parties and to try to improve the service. For future reference, we do include on the booking the phone number of our partner for any questions.

Lack of care toward customer. River cruise taped lecture did not work, technical issues. No guidance about good places to eat.

To improve: - Stuff arrived late at the meeting point and landline provided wasn’t working - meeting time too in advance, we had to wait in the station for 1:30 hours before departure - stuff said the underground tickets were valid for the whole day,but they weren’t - hop on hop off map and leaflet describing the first bus stop provided were wrong/not up-to-date - train seats were not next to each other - it should have been more clearly represented that the bus wes going to be open

In hop-on hop-off modality, buses are always open to be able to see the most of the cities on your trip. Nowhere is indicated train tickets will be next to each other, though we try our best if its possible to provide. We are very sorry this activity didn't fulfill your expectations.
