Pensé que había contratado un tour en español ya que, en la web, toda la descripción del tour estaba en español. El tour terminó siendo en inglés …. Esto NO estaba lo suficientemente visible en la descripción y promocion del tour. Luego al Guia NO se le escuchaba ! No tenía micrófono y era complicado escucharlo . La información que brindaba era muy básica… y no se lo notaba con demasiado interés

I thought I had hired a tour in Spanish since, on the web, all the description of the tour was in Spanish. The tour ended up being in English…. This was NOT visible enough in the description and promotion of the tour. Then the Guide was NOT heard! He had no microphone and it was difficult to hear him. The information he provided was very basic... and he was not noticed with much interest
