Pre drink was a disappointment most customers had the same thoughts and the taste was not good. Canapes should be served with small serving tool so reducing the manual handling of the food before it got to others. Foodneeds to be reviewed as not the best. Staff could take drinks orders so customers could be served in there seats

The activity was cancelled and we are still waiting for a refund from Civitatas. Have not been able to connect with Civitatas other than to submit a refund request and am not able to speak with anyone to check the status of our refund.

We have confirmed that a problem of staff availability meant that the experience could not take place. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We confirm that a refund has been processed.

It was nice, but we turned around before reaching the houses of parliament. I expected to pass them to have a good view of them. Then we returned earlier than expected and it was not a full 2h tour. The food was very cold and the mini pizza felt like it hadn't seen an oven at all and might just as well has been served after thawing frozen pizza. The live music was very nice.

This excursion was meant to be a birthday treat for a friend and some additional guests. We all travelled and stayed in London, at extra expense, for this trip followed by a meal out only to be told upon arriving at the Pier, expecting to board, that the trip had been cancelled with absolutely no reason as to why. Your service was ridiculous. When we went to Westminster pier we were told that there was no sunset cruise planned for today. I called your customer service and gave my booking number and I was promised a refund but I still have not got it.
