Al principio iba genial, se configuró de forma muy sencilla. El problema es que, pese a haber contratado más de una semana, tras el gasto de 1,6G dejó de funcionar, dejando el dispositivo móvil cargando de manera continua. Se podía ver como parpadeaba la señal en la pantalla.

Muy mal. En los requisito de compra solo indicaba el tipo de móvil para el que era válida y que este tenía que ser libre y al llegar allí no funcionaba. Tras contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente de Civitatis me daban indicaciones para lo cual tenía que estar conectada a Internet cosa que no podía pues precisamente ese era el motivo por el que compré la tarjeta y luego las explicaciones que te daban para hacer comprobaciones parecían para ingenieros de na NASA. MUY MAL

No me advirtieron que Irlanda no estaba incluida en la esim de Reino Unido, si lo hubiesen hecho me habrían dado la posibilidad de comprar otro paquete de datos adicionales. Me comuniqué con ustedes pero en la respuesta solo me pedían datos de mi teléfono en lugar de avisarme que no estaba cubierta la zona , o sea perdí tiempo, dinero y no tuve conexión durante la semana de mi viaje
