Ticket for the State Rooms
This ticket will give you access to the official residence of Queen Elizabeth II. The monarch spends her summer holidays in Scotland, which is when Buckingham Palace opens its doors to the general public. You can explore its elegant rooms and halls and admire the English and French style period furniture and decoration.
This ticket gives you access to the State Rooms. These 19 elegant halls are used by both the Queen and her family for official receptions and formal events. Together they form an art gallery in their own right, with masterpieces by Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Rubens, and Canaletto.
With admission to the State Rooms, visits to Buckingham Palace are available during the following time slots:
- Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:45 am, 10:45 am, 1:15 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:15 pm, 4:45 pm
- Saturdays and Sundays: 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm
Ticket for the State Rooms and Royal Mews
