Nadie nos avisó de la cancelación de la actividad. Perdimos casi cuatro horas de ida y vuelta. Había cerrado por el fallecimiento de La Reina

Me ha decepcionado que el transporte haya sido un autobús de línea con muchísimas paradas y que ha tardado casi dos horas. Cuando decidí contratar la excursión lo hice pensando en otro tipo de transporte, más directo. Si hubiera entendido que era así, habría comprado yo directamente la entrada al parque y el billete de autobús. Por lo demás, el parque nos ha gustado mucho, pero para poder sacarle provecho a la jornada y evitar colas es necesario un pase Reserve&Ride

If I had understood that it was so, I would have bought the entrance to the park and the bus ticket directly. Le problème c est que j ai du tous repayer les papier que j ai reçu par mail n étais pas les bon et du coup la prestation n a pu être réalisé j attend votre retours

Es necesario señalar que el autobús que te lleva a Legoland hace muchísimas paradas y tarda 2 horas en llegar. Además de que hacía muchísima calor y no había aire acondicionado. El autobús que iba a Legoland llegó 40 min tarde y el de regreso a Londres con más de una hora de retraso, eso junto con lo que tardo en llegar(más de 2h con muchas paradas) se hizo muy largo y pesado

La agencia me dijo que con el papel impreso me valía para ir en el bus ,pero al subir no me dejaron y tuve que pagar los billetes de nuevo.La agencia no se hizo responsable .tuve que pagar 26,50£para poder ir a legoland.Tengo los billetes del bus por si queréis comprobarlo
